How do we work together?

Finding your way together (30 minutes)
Get to know and understand your current situation with empathy.
Discussion of needs and wishes.
Gentle goal setting for the session(s).
3.Debriefing
Integration & strengthening (15 minutes)
- Reflection on the impulses from the session
- Personal recommendations for the time after the healing session, e.g. meditations, Bach flowers or crystals
- Optional:
- Individual Bach flower mixture (including explanation) for humans or animals.
- Personally selected crystals to support the healing process
2. Energy Healing Session with Naturopathy
The moment of healing (60 minutes)
Reiki: Gentle energy transfer to activate self-healing powers and find inner peace.
Energy Medicine: Visualizing meditations and energetic tools that give comfort, light and confidence.
Bach flowers, crystals and naturopathy: Individually tailored to strengthen emotional balance and support pysical healing.
